Recipe: Flourless PB Cookies
A few weeks ago, I made a batch of delicious peanut butter cookies - and I made them without flour! I got the recipe from an older issue of Real Simple magazine, and stuck to it pretty closely.
First, grab your ingredients...
2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tsps baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then mix all of the above ingredients together in a large bowl.
Shape the dough into balls, about 1 tbsp of dough for each cookie, and place on a cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Using a fork, press down and create a criss cross pattern on each cookie. Bake 10-12 minutes, and let cool on wire racks. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
Have a great Monday!
When my sister was mistakenly diagnosed with Celiac disease she made these basically all the time and they were amazing!
